Terms & Conditions :

•	Extra person/Extra Bed is chargeable at USD20.00 nett per bed per person per night without breakfast.
•	A Surcharge of USD15.00 nett per room per night is applicable from 01 to 31 August 2010.
•	A Surcharge of USD20.00 nett per room per night is applicable from 20 to 31 December 2010.
•	Compulsory New Year’s Dinner will be imposed on 31 December 2010 at USD40.00 nett per adult and USD20.00 nett per child.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Child under 10 Years old stays free with parents on existing beddings.
•	Rates are applicable to Worldwide market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-outduring Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 5 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Seson
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
